Close to Mahahual and Grand Costa Maya, deep in the forest, are hidden the most amaizing treasures of Yucatan peninsula. Cenotes are big holes full of fresh and crystal water where the ancient Maya thought that the gates to underworld were. You'll dive between geologhical structures, staclatites, stalacmites, haloclines, sulfur clouds, that will leave you speechless.

There are Cenotes all around the Yucatan peninsula, but the easyiest and better for cavern dive, that you don't need any special trayning, are in the Riviera Maya. Very near to Mahahual and Grand Costa Maya in the beautiful town of Tulum, all road long is full of many differents cenotes entryies. Some of the most interesting are Dos Ojos, Angelita, with the sulfur cloud, Calavera, or Dream Gate. Come to enjoy all of them, any dive is a new experience.
